Protecting Artists Together

For a few years now, scammers have been impersonating representatives from Paraíso and other labels such as Soave, Actuation, Gahara, Groove Basement & many more. They are offering playlist placement and support in exchange for payment. And this is something we want to face head on.

The police have already been updated on the current situation. However, by joining forces with other labels, platforms, and most importantly, our artists, we’re trying to build a stronger case to stop this. You don’t have to deal with this situation alone!

Stay Alert

We never reach out to artists for playlisting, we never offer playlist placement through any platform and we never ask for payment in return for playlist placement.

If you receive a message from someone claiming to represent Paraíso and you are unsure whether it is legitimate, always verify it through our official channels before replying or making any payment. Do not rely solely on the name, profile picture, email signature, or social media account being used, as these can easily be copied or impersonated.

If in doubt, contact us directly through our official website or verified social media channels.

Report It To Us

If someone ever claims to represent Paraíso, Soave, Actuation, Gahara, Groove Basement, or any other label, do not reply or pay. Please report it immediately (whether you paid or not) by filling out the anonymous form below:

Through this form, we are collecting as many reports as we can so we can better understand what is going on and investigate further.

We can’t promise that we’ll be able to resolve every case. But we can promise that we are willing to stand up and do something about this. By working together as a team, we can stand up to this and fight for our artists.

Protecting the People Behind the Music

This is bigger than Paraíso. This way we want to protect the people who create the music and make sure they aren’t exploited by people pretending to represent the industry. Stay sharp, protect your music, and help us help you.

Remember: If anyone asks for payment for a Paraíso playlist, it’s not Paraíso.
